Service Description
A full comprehensive inspection of a property evaluating all of the major systems and components. It covers just about everything. Roof - Foundation - Structure - Site Grading and Drainage - Attic - Basement - Crawlspace - Exterior - Heating and Cooling Systems - Plumbing - Electrical - Garage - and Interior Living Areas. It takes about 2-2.5 hours then I will give you a walk through the home at the end to let you know of our findings and address and deficiencies or concerns (+30 minutes) Total Time - 2-3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the home. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise arranged: Cancellations w/in 36 hours of scheduled inspections will be subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations w/in 24 hours of schedule inspection start time will be subject to a 50% charge of inspection fee. Same day cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, or no shows will result in a 100% charge of inspection fee
