Service Description

A Home Consultation (aka Pre-Inspection) is used when time is of the essence and you need a quick overall evaluation of the home to ensure you have a decent understanding of the homes condition prior to making your offer. It is only a quicker than a full home inspection because I'm not writing down and documenting everything along the way. I go through all the major systems and components of the home just like a regular inspection. Roof - Foundation - Structure - Site Grading and Drainage - Attic - Basement - Crawlspace - Exterior - Heating and Cooling Systems - Plumbing - Electrical - Garage - and Interior Living Areas. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for me to inspect the property and give you a walkthrough to go over any findings or items of concern. There is no written report or photos with these, all the information is delivered during the walkthrough.
