1 Year Warranty Inspection

Service Description

Used by recent buyers of a New Construction home (or townhome) to identify any potential defects or issues before the 1 year builders warranty expires. Typically done at 10 or 11 months to allow for adequate time to schedule the repairs with the builder. Includes a brief photo report with notes for the builder to identify any defects discovered during the inspection. It takes about 1-2 hours then I will give you a walk through the home at the end to let you know of our findings and address and deficiencies or concerns (+30 minutes) Total Time - 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the size and complexity of the home.
