While many inspection companies prefer not to list their prices, which allows them the ability to add extra fees and costs to the inspection for trivial items before the quote, I feel that a transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees fits my ethos better.

My pricing is based upon my skills, experience, quality of service and is always a flat rate as shown below.  There are no hidden fees, CC processing fees, add ons for old houses, crawlspaces or other minor inconveniences for me as the inspector.  The only surcharge I occasionally include is minor charge for any travel outside of my local service area which would be shared with you ahead of time before confirming your appointment.
