About
Brennan Coyle
Certified and Licensed Professional Inspector
15+ Years of construction experience remodeling homes, surveying lots and roads, running heavy equipment, becoming an arborist and a life dedicated to learning trades has become my foundation for inspecting. All of those experiences have lead me to enjoy the process; how things are created, the quality with which they are built, and the care that the craftsmen/women put into their work.
As an inspector I will always have your best interests in mind and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision to be prepared for whatever comes next. Licensed, certified and insured I would be happy to help you on your home buying, selling or maintaining journey.
All the best,
Brennan Coyle

Whether you are a first time buyer, investor or real estate agent I promise to leave you well informed. Your health, safety and happiness are my number one priorities. Good news or bad, it is best to be informed so you have a clear path for which actions to take next.
My Promise
Is to hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism and accountablity while inspecting or not. I'm always continuing to expand my knowledge of homes, construction and best practices to ensure you are getting valuable information every time.
And, to add you value to your inspection, by utilizing everything that is available to me as an inspector . At no additional charge I use thermal imaging and drone imagery (if needed) on every inspection. These tools exists and provide valuable insight into areas that are difficult to access or concealed to us inspectors, so I feel they should be included with my service.
